ABC 123

- The result is
ABC 123, with a regular space at each end. Copy it into Text Cleaner. - Enable trimming at the start and end of each line. The result is
ABC 123. - Paste the result into Character Counter. The count including spaces is seven.
Preserve meaning when shortening text
This example is a fictional alphanumeric label. Do not automatically change names, product names, punctuation or katakana in real text. Removing a space between words can change how they are read. Keep the original for comparison.
Check the destination’s counting rules
Seven is the result using this tool’s count including spaces. A publishing service may count combined emoji, line breaks or URLs differently. Paste into the actual destination and check its display and limit. On a shared computer, also check whether saved drafts need to be deleted.
