These terms apply to Rakuruno web tools, Rakuruno Games browser games and their related features.
Prohibited conduct
- Illegal activity
- Interference with operation
- Unauthorized access or excessive load
- Infringement of third-party rights
Intellectual property
Rights in the site design, software and text belong to the operator or their respective owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with disputes subject to the competent Japanese court at the operator's location.
Storage and data deletion
Check each page for whether storage is supported, what is stored and for how long. Keep separate copies of anything you need. Clearing site data, resetting a browser or device, or deleting records may remove saved content. Private browsing or storage restrictions may prevent it from being retained. The operator does not provide individual recovery of lost saved data. This notice does not waive responsibilities imposed by law.
Web-tool drafts and supported settings are not restored when read 30 days or more after the last save. This 30-day limit does not apply to Rakuruno Games data. What Games store varies by title. The absence of a fixed retention period does not guarantee permanent storage.
Sharing and external services
Sharing features handle the content shown on the relevant screen, such as a game introduction link or a play result. Check the content, destination and visibility before sharing. Copying alone does not send it externally. Saving an image downloads a file to your device; it does not automatically post to social media. The external service’s terms and privacy policy apply at the sharing destination.
Operation, results and availability
We do not guarantee operation in every environment, accurate results or continued availability. Device performance and processing delays may affect game decisions. The operator’s legal responsibilities are governed by applicable law. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Japan’s Consumer Contract Act or other applicable laws.
