Check a one-page cover plus a two-page body
Adding the cover before the body should produce a three-page PDF. Open the saved result and check its order and text. Copying pages does not guarantee preservation of digital signatures, forms or bookmarks. Keep signed originals and use an organization-approved workflow for important documents.
About this tool
Merge PDFs or extract the pages you need directly in your browser. PDF files are not uploaded to a server; processing happens in the browser on your device.
Password-protected PDFs are not supported. Very large PDFs or PDFs with many pages may take longer to process or may not work on every device.
PDF processing uses pdf-lib under the MIT License.

extracted-demo.pdf has two pages: blue BETA 2 then red ALPHA 1. Input order is retained; repeated page 2 is included only once.
How to read the result
Merging retains file order and page order within each file. Extraction retains specified order and uses each number once. 1-3 is ascending; 3-1 is invalid. Restore returns the original inputs, files and outputs in both modes.
Scope and limits
Merge up to 20 PDFs, 50 MB each and 150 MB total. Extraction accepts one PDF up to 50 MB. Password-protected or damaged files are rejected. A new PDF is built by copying pages; signatures, forms, annotations and bookmarks are not guaranteed to survive. Retain originals.
Verify saved text, colors, page boxes and order in another reader. Seed different original merge/extract files and restore both after multiple examples.

Extraction follows the order you enter
For a five-page PDF, entering “3, 1-2, 3” creates a three-page PDF ordered 3, 1, 2. The repeated page 3 is omitted.
Descending ranges such as “3-1” and page numbers outside the source PDF are errors. Open the downloaded PDF to check its page count and order.
Frequently asked questions
Are PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. PDF processing happens in your browser, and your files are not sent to Rakuruno's server.
How many PDFs can I merge?
For safety, you can merge up to 20 PDFs at a time, with each file limited to 50 MB and a combined limit of 150 MB.
Can I use password-protected PDFs?
No. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.
Are my original PDFs changed?
No. Original PDFs are not changed. The result is saved as a new PDF file.
Can I use this on a phone?
Yes, in a supported browser. Large PDFs can take longer on a phone than on a computer.
