Set the paper, rows/columns, dimensions and margins.
Create and save the PDF, then check alignment on the actual paper.

Preview and save
How to use and print
Separate label texts with blank lines and set copies per text. Copies are placed in text order, left to right, then down each row. Slots before the starting position remain blank. Layouts outside the sheet and text that does not fit cannot be saved.
Dimensions use mm and font size uses points. Sheet dimensions and borders have exact PDF sizes. Text is rasterized as a 300 dpi JPEG using your device’s sans-serif fonts. Character coverage, including Japanese, depends on device fonts. Text is not searchable or selectable. Wrapping uses grapheme boundaries; oversized text is rejected instead of shrunk.
The preview shows a reduced text image of the first page. Borders are added to the saved PDF. Open it to check characters, borders and every page. Print at Actual size / 100%, with Fit to page disabled. Printer margins, alignment drift and label-sheet tolerances are not corrected. Test on plain paper and compare it against the label sheet.
Pages are processed sequentially: 32 MB PDF, 4 MB per page image and 24 MB combined images. Changes or cancellation discard the prior export. Text and PDFs are processed locally and are neither stored nor sent.
Try a use case and check the result
Try blank-line-separated labels and starting positions to inspect pagination.
Example buttons replace the inputs and settings above and calculate. Restore previous input steps back one example at a time. After trying multiple examples, repeat restore to return to your original input. This history is lost when the page closes.
Use a blank line to create two label types
Input and settings
Box A and Line 2 form one label. Box B after a blank line forms the next. A4, 2×2 grid, start 1, one copy each.
Expected result
Two labels on one PDF page. Text occupies only the top-left and top-right slots.
Start at slot 4 and spill onto the next page
Input and settings
Two copies of each label type, starting at slot 4 in a 2×2 grid.
Expected result
Four labels on two PDF pages. Page 1 uses only bottom-right; page 2 uses top-left, top-right and bottom-left.
How to read the result
A single line break stays inside a label; a blank line starts the next type. Copies are consecutive per type; slots are row-major from the top left. Dimensions/margins use mm and font size uses pt. Print at Actual size/100% and test alignment on your stock.
Scope and limits
At most 10,000 characters, 100 label types, 2,000 characters/20 lines per type, 500 labels and 20 PDF pages. Text is rasterized at 300 dpi, so the PDF has no selectable/searchable text. Fonts depend on the device; overflowing text is rejected. Output is limited to 32 MB and embedded images to 24 MB combined. Stock dimensions are not detected automatically.
Calculate occupancy of four row-major slots independently; verify saved PDF page count, A4 size, absent text objects and visible printing in each expected slot.
