How to read the result
The large number is the total; the addition below shows individual rolls. A total of six from three d6 dice does not mean each die rolled six. Check the number and range of rolls as well as the sum. History keeps the latest ten rolls, newest first.
Scope and limits
Sides are 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 20 or 100; count is 1–100. Web Crypto is used, without modeling physical-die bias or custom face weights. Examples roll for real and append history, dropping entries older than the latest ten. Restore returns sides/count only, not rolls or history. Record results you need first. Rolling after restore performs a new draw.
Verification: existing functions check supported roll bounds, sum consistency and rejection of invalid sides. Browser checks independently add the displayed rolls and verify settings restoration after two examples.
