Only page-2.png: blue, 144×144 px. Four times the pixel count at 72 PPI.
72 PDF points become 72 pixels at 72 PPI. At 144 PPI both edges double and pixel count quadruples. Page numbers start at one; blank range means all pages. This rasterizes the PDF, rather than extracting embedded images or editing text.
One PDF up to 40 MiB and 100 pages; password-protected PDFs unsupported. 72/144/300 PPI; PNG/JPEG/WebP. Render canvas: 24 megapixels / 16,384 px per edge; combined output up to 96 MiB. Lower resolution for oversized pages. Restore returns the PDF and range/format/resolution/quality; recreate exports.
Check two 72-point pages with a separate PDF reader. Independently decode exports and verify 72/144 px, solid red/blue pixels, selected pages and original PDF bytes.
